You absolutely rocked this whole novel out of the park!Book one you meet Winter and she has had a crappy childhood filled with the things that would make most of us jump at our own shadow. But she is a bad b**ch and she owns her life and refuses to give up or give in.When someone touches her in a way that she does not approve she takes her jewel incrusted brass knuckles and makes sure she brands it some where they will never forget the damage she inflicts!And when it comes to her 18th foster family she is not expecting anything new to happen in her life. Irene has an addiction to gambling and her husband is equally addicted to his booze. But that is all fine and dandy because she knows that she only has to survive two more months of this madness and then she is finally 18 years old and free of the foster system. She can live her life however the hell she wants to and do whatever the hell she wants to.She goes to her first day of school expecting to be tormented. But what she does not expect is the kings of the high school to take notice of her.
